Well, I've spent nearly 11 hours on this, TRYING to get the old posts to load into the 'forumXX.thread' file, but when I try to create it, it goes to 0 bytes. So I re-upload the forumXX.thread file AGAIN, and tried this 100 times coming at it at different angles and can't get the old posts added.
I have no idea why it's doing this, but it's either:
1. File permissions are incorrect
2. server is low on hard drive space (I've emailed them asking)
3. many of the forums are corrupt (But a recalibration would fix that.. hmmm)
4. I'm going nuts, and my fingers ache, aaaaaahhh!
PS: Have you ALSO noticed that you can't choose a message icon when you post a message? again, I have NO idea why that's happening.. sigh, nothing seems to ever go right for me... I gotta get some sleep now, I'll try again tomorrow..
