Hello everyone - I'm a truly newbie - came onto the forum just a few days, (a week?) ago. I had things I wanted to talk about, and couldn't see a relevant topic, so I started up the 'What do you think about GATS' thread'. Got a lot of response from Moridin - thanks Moridin! and lots of helpful and friendly advice from Fljotsdale - thanks to you too!
Just a bit about me - I live in the small but perfectly formed
seaside town of Brighton in the UK, love travelling, love people (except when I don't
) love debate, specially on green and related issues (a topic dear to my heart...) and am really looking forward to spending more time on the forum. Need to be careful though - I seem to be spending more and more time looking through, reading and posting posts, and less and less on the other things I enjoy doing! (Painting, poetry, dance and walking in the forest, amongst other things.....)
Last but not least, I'm really impressed by the quality of this forum. Firstly, by the niceness, openness and humour of the participators, secondly, by the visuals. Love the graphics, love the signatures, love the smilies! My next move has to be to get a sig of my own........ Until I do, I shan't feel properly 'part' of the community!
