I don't think the maths works this way, dates and days don't line up evenly at decimal intervals. At date move 5 days every four years. However if the four year period crosses a turn of century boundary not divisible by 400, then it only moves four days.

I could be wrong here but I don't want to do the calculation. I can't remember the shorthand route for calculating what day a particular date fell on.
