I have found THE E-Café in Nancy (there is only one) !
Not as expensive as I feared (35 FF / H, whichs makes ~ 5 USD), and it is in the center of town, but not a very fast connection.
You know what ? It is the 1st time in 4 months that I have spent 3 full days away from the Board !
