First just a little tip: try to use periods.

Now, for your question. You will have to go to a previous save. Cause if you first attack Elhan, he will always be hostile.
But if you dont have a previous save, you can use CLUAConsole. Someone else here should know the code, as I dont remember it at the moment..

EDIT: remembered the code! Write:
CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR2500")
