Yes, but age generally provides more knowledge/experience from which to learn/gain wisdom from. Someone can be wise in the areas they are experienced in, and foolish in those they are not. The aim would be to get to 80 and have gained wisdom from your experiences, rather than get to 80 and have learned nothing.
Even so the wise 80yr old is the one who realises how much more there is to know.
