I recently decided to acquire Jan and drop Yoshimo. I like Jan's attitude, his thieving skills, his crossbow and magic skills. His strength for battle and armour class leave much to be desired. To cure his strength problems I bought him a girdle of hill giant strenght (the gold was just burning a hole in my pocket anyway). I don't really know what to do to improve his armour class much though.
This leaves my party as Me and Minsc (2 rangers), Jahira, Aeria, Jan and Nalia. I am just curious if this leaves me a little weak in the hand to hand combat area. If this is so, who would you dump out of the party and who would you pick up? Right now I think I would dump Jahira and pick up a paladin (if I had to make a party change).
We shall see, I am taking this group out to the Umar Hills for a test run.
