JJ, I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. It's a very painful thing for you and your daughter. Your ex-wife(?) is apparently a very self-centered selfish person to be using your daughter as a way to hurt you. In my opinion the court system is way too slow in doing something about situations like yours. Why doesn't the "Three strikes you Out!" rule function in court? It would give people a chance to do better, but when they don't, then they lose.
I wish you luck in resolving this.
