Nalia does get another quest, but it will only initiate on the mainland, meaning that if you take off for Spellhold now, you won't see anything until you start Chapter 6. (This is true for all the other NPC quests, as well. Once you start Chapter 6, be prepared for a swarm of Messengers and the like, running up to you to tell you what needs to be done.) If you haven't gone to Lord de'Arnise's funeral yet, you'll be summoned there. A few days after that, something else will happen.
