Open your SP game and click on the desired character's 'head' icon, or personal record. Click 'export'. Export your character (this sends the file to your Characters folder). Name the character in a way that you can identify it. Then close the SP game and open your MP game. You can replace a character already there with the one from your SP game, or just add that character. If you're doing the former, then click on the character's slot, click 'delete', click the empty slot, click 'create', click 'import', and import the character you exported from your SP game. If you're doing the latter then click an empty slot, click 'create', click 'import', and import the character.
