{CONGRATS} full time army reserve is a great spot, that is where i started my military career in 1982, but in the next 7 years i managed to be an E-5 three different times in reserve, active and gaurd, so i got out, sucks- i would be15 months away from my 20 if i'da stuck. so, stick with it! congrats again from the former 71L, 54F, 31V, 71LM, and i forget the other MOS i had.
