From the early days:
Death Knights of Krynn (the Fat Man was brilliant, and the industry wouldn't be the same without him actually taking electronic music seriously)
Darklands
Lunar: the Silver Star (not the Playstation...ugh)
More recently:
Interstate 76 - seriously..funkadelic lol
The Sims 2 I'll second for catchy and annoying, but above all, unmistakenly professional
Fallout 1&2 for sure. I can't think of a better usage of either of those songs coming up again, however, in game music was sparse.
