Play Fallout if you like RPGs at all. It's much shorter than Fallout 2, but it's still a fine Fallout game.
And yeah...I seem to recall him abusing needles in the Chem traits!
Then again, isn't there a slider bar for how 'adult' you want the game to be, or is that only for violence in Fallout 1?
