Anyone else played/playing this?
You get to create a character, then roam around in some medieval world, doing whatever you'd like.
'Whatever' mainly being fighting, of course (though there is some trading to be done as well). You can make a bit money on fighting random matches in some arena, hunt down various outlaws and join one of two sides in some war going on. You can build your character to become a leader more than a fighter and hire loads of mercenaries, or take out other parties almost/all on your own.
The combat engine is really neat/fun. You get to charge into folks with mounts, beat them bloody with blades, and miss by miles with arrows [img]smile.gif[/img] (by my logic, that's why it's not called Mount, Blade & Arrow or some such, but it seems others are a bit better at it)
Game's not done yet, but playable. You can try a level-capped version for free, and pay to unlock it (you get to unlock all later versions of the game with the same serial, and it costs a bit less if you buy it now rather than wait 'till it's done).
