Hi,
It's been ages since I've played Arcanum but I remember visiting/using the forum from the official site: http://arcanum.sierra.com/us/
(direct link http://community.vugames.com/WebX?14@@.ee6b4c8 ). Never posted there as the Search engine was pretty good, & from memory it was a reasonably friendly site (hopefully not the forum you've already tried [img]smile.gif[/img] . )
