I'm with Aviendha on this. Do a full install and the load time is faster plus you'll only need the TOB disk when playing.

I also would recommend installing the respective patches for both games from the BioWare official site and then also get the Baldurdash Fixpack at http://members.rogers.com/mrkevvy/
