I would say that's because Consoles are the same, as in, all playstations are the same, whereas, One persons PC may have this graphics card, with this driver set, and another users may have completely different stuff.
Also, consoles are far more limited than PC's so content is always different in some way to a PC version.

I agree, Deus Ex will allways be remembered, as will Deus Ex , but for a different reason. I dont think Deus Ex 2 was all that bad, its just that people wanted a flashy new version of the original, and when the game came out without certain features that the original had, they hated it....

[/QUOTE]That's not an excuse. I said only hardware/software compatibility problems are acceptable. Not coding bugs.

The majority of the bugs in PC video games are not because of the parts in your computer, they are because or crappy coding and no playtesting.

They show their hypocrisy with console games. They test those, but somehow, because pc games can be patched, it's ok to release a broken half completed product.

And what's worse is that companies are now starting to refuse to even release a patch to fix their piece of crap.
