Well I think I've run into a serious bug. I'm on Nar Shadda and have done everything I could to be annoying to the exchange... but they have not come after me. I've done every sidequest as far as I could, talked to every character. I'm told they're supposted to request a meeting with me alone but they have not. I've also been told that I should be able to give 2000 credits to the little guy outside the cantina to get them to come after me, but he never gives me that dialog option.
I'm about to give up on the light side and restart with a dark side character.
