in my game minsc and airia seem to be hot for each other. he asked her to be his witch, and when ever shes in trouble he flips and yells "i must save my witch!"

and in my game (i picked a female), that amomane (sp?) was always flirting with my character, he was tryin to impress me by braggin about how tough and brave he is.

im starting over, i havnt played far and learned from a lot of my mistakes, and i wanted to play as a male character so i can hit on all the ladies (nothings more disturbing than having that guy constantly flirt with me)
Lol! Anomane!

Anyway, romance just adds more to the role-playing experience. Aerie and Minsc aren't having a romance though, Minsc just needs a new witch to complete his Dajemma. I heard he does the same with Nalia if you wait long enough. Besides, Minsc isn't the type to romance anyone, much to my sister's dismay. I still can't understand why she wants a Minsc romance...
