Lanthir, I have just figured it out myself!
You can't copy and paste it actually. What I did, was find a picture I like and download it. Use Paint to resize it to an appropriate size. Then go to a site called ranchoweb.com
Ranchoweb allows you to upload an image on their server, and creates a url link for you. All you have to do then is type [img]http:\\www.blahblahblah[/img]
