Game is very cool. Two thumbs up!
Here's my impression so far. Note that I'm only on the training section, ie, Hero's Apprentice Guild.
Controls are solid save for a slight issue with the camera but it's only slight when it aims itself. Just pull on the left trigger and it centers back. The left joystick controls movement. The right controls the camera angles and pitch. I don't want to go over the details but rest assured that it's got everything there and with a little learning curve, it becomes intuitive.
Graphic is not meant to be realistic. Its got nicely done colors and seems to me a tad too bright with the lighting but that too is easily tweaked in the options menu. Which BTW the options menu allows you to teak also the music, HUD alpha (whatever that is), invert on/off, volume controls, and maybe some other stuff but NO customizing the controls. It's really not needed unless you're left handed and want it southpaw instead. Again graphics are quite beautifully done.
Options are abound. the two small buttons on the left side of the gamepad gives you plenty of info, ie, your experience, story line, quests, tweaking the emotions (one of my fav feature and yes you can belch, fart, laugh, flirt, etc). Just too many info in the options to list.
Just like the game catch phrase says, for every action is a consequence. I've not fully experienced that since I'm only in the training section eyt I got some glimpses of what happens when you do good or bad deeds. Usually the towns people will let you know who you are. They talk about you just like a hero or anti-hero should be. So far I've only a small sample yet this game looks to be a alot bigger and will yet discover that. For example. I just saw the map of the world. And man it looks big. I was seeing the Hero's Guild dot on this larger map. Mind you, it doesn't have the same details as Morrowind such as being able to pick up everything. You can't in Fable. Yet I think it's safe to say that there will be alot for me to explore.
