You need a cheaper way of getting these things?
if single player. go to
www.diabloii.net. search for naked lv99 characters in the warehouse. download it. after that you need to download ATMA muling also. unzip the lv99 characters. inside there will be lots of items for you which you can tranfer to your character. that's what the ATMA muling is needed for.
else if in bnet. do some trading or if you play in useast nonladder i see what i can do.
