Having a default INT of 10 is wasted actually, considering that you can upgrade it in the game. [img]smile.gif[/img]
For those who wish to conserve their perks, an INT of 9 is sufficient. For those who don't mind using a perk, an INT of 8 is all they need at the start.
The one stat that is a luxury is END. Mine is usually 4. If you solo, CHA is set at the bare minimum.
Unless you intend to solo a diplomat, then high CHA is necessary.
