Civilization could be won by two means:
1) Defeating all opponents
2) Getting your spaceship complete and sending it to outer space.
I can imagine you'll understand there won't be any spaceships in 400 BC
Gunpowder is obtainable, yes you're right. I was thinking too far ahead (got myself mixed up with units like Artillery instead of Musketeers)
