I'm at the end of chapter 3 I guess, my characters are strong, heve the best equipment, and have mastered at least two classes. Yet, I cannot beat Velius. I'd say it's a hell of a jump in difficulty.

Yea, I'll agree with you there. Take the first Grandia game for instance, not the best graphics in the world because it was made in the earlier days of the PS1. But still had a great story and a good combat system. As long as a game has a good storyline and good characters, I don't really care about graphics either.
Hmm, chapter 3, well, to be honest my mind is really foggy on Tactics because it's been so long since I've played it. The few times I did play it, I kept running into one part that was insane for me to beat because my characters weren't that strong I don't think. I remember the fight too, against a knight, and there were archers aligned ontop of the building with a wizard infront of you. That's about as far as I got before I nearly broke the game [img]tongue.gif[/img]
