I can't imagine a petition saving this game. Interplay, the owner of the rights for the game, already dumped BIS, and they aren't simply going to change their minds. They already know that the great Fallout games have many crazy fans - giving death-threats and whatnot. It did work with the Evangelion series but I think it'll be different this time. I doubt it would sell much anyway, and Interplay only cares about the money.
BIS would've made many fine games
