They cannot wear dragon plate, but can wear dragon scale, so they can't use:
Red Dragon Plate
Blue Dragon Plate (ToB)
Ankheg Plate
But can use:
Shadow Dragon Scale
White Dragon Scale (ToB)
Which are both very good anyway.
