Of course, you could be right, but don't be too sure about that. This modification has quite a few fans and this modder has been working since 2000, and still updates this, so this mod should be great, or at least, that's what I think.
There is a release date for a new version, and that is Monday the 22-nd, tomorrow. When this version is released, I'll try the modification for myself. There are so many changes in this mod that we can't possibly comprehend them all at once. According to the site, this mod is actually a lot tougher than ordinary 1.09.
