If you want the best football/soccer game available, I suggest you buy Pro Evolution Soccer 3. (PS2 and PC) Or any PES game, for that matter.
IMO, the PES series is a lot better than the FIFA games. I think the last FIFA game which was actually good, was FIFA 99'. Since then, the series has gone down hill, focusing too much on licensing and advertising than on gameplay.
