Install ToB with once. Then you can choose to first finish SoA, and then be transferred directly to ToB, or you can just import your currect character to ToB. Whichever you prefer.

The storyline in SoA doesnt change at all when installing ToB, the only difference is that after you kill Irenicus, the game doesnt end, you just continue it in ToB.
