i must say excellent topic

My favourites are definitely FF8, excellent intro to mark the start of a great game, and Age of Mythology, this one pretty much amazed me, so detailed and thrilling, definitely gets you ready for battle

Other than that i can't really think of anything else, sure there's more but nothing springs to mind :S
