I've already sent two emails to the seller telling them I would like a solution to this problem. In the second one, I told them that I either needed the 2nd Disc or a refund.
They responded quickly to my first inquiry, but it's been two days since I told them their suggestions didn't work and I would need a better solution.
If they don't come through, I will definitely leave negative feedback (which would be the first time I've had to do that) and I will seek a cancellation of the charge through half.com
