There are 3 mini mods that I know of (Official too).
2 are just costume changes (with a few dialogue changes):
Power Action Leprechaun Annah
Easter Egg Morte
The third is the Candlestick Mod, its a quest that was taken out of the original game for some reason or another the mod allows you to play it again.
