I think you get 20k xp for each of the 3 guys you save from the plague. I was hoping for at least 1 rep point each.
And I only got 1 rep point for exposing the doctor.
Maybe it's because I took care of the orcs first. I got 5 points for that. If the doctor had given 5 points too, that would have been a lot in such a short time.
