There are several ways.
- The none cheating one. Use the Boot of Blinding Speed, after that drink a potion of desease resistance. You should be able to get pass that area.
- The cheating one. Remember to note down your original speed stat. Then bring out the console and type player->setspeed 1000 . You should be able to get pass the thing. After that bring the console command and type player->setspeed (originalspeedvalue). The (originalspeedvalue) is your original speed stat.
Don't use TCL quite often, it's dangerous.
