I have tried about everything that I can think of. I have tried a level 1, level 5, level 10 and level 22 character, I have turned off all mods. I have turned down the graphics. still jauffre will not talk to me about spies.

I did go to town and talk to Capt Brud or whatever his name is in the castle and he told me about the only new person was a jearl or something. I found his/her house and talked to the neighbors, not much there. Broke into house and then into basement...no one there. NO NOTE. Tried again and waited on the rocks for 3 evenings, no one showed. Found the cave, broke in to the basement from the back side, NO NOTE.

How do I get this to start?????
