any of the few water breathing amulets. amulet's better b/c if your fighting slaughter fish or argonians under water, you can still have some enchanted rings on.
and why do you think umbra's so great? i have it and it doesnt seem too special. just soul trap. so its as strong as a daedric claymore....oh damn. answered my own question.
