1)Bruma...try Olav's inn, any time during the night starting at 7 PM.
2)Click on you magick tab, then on the skull on the far right. Check all your effects, and their causes. Porphoric Hemophilia causes the "damage fatigue" status effect and can be cured by a cure disease potion.
3)No fighting on the horse...yet...someone's gonna come out with a mod for that, I'm sure.
...as for #4...who knows!
