DSOTSC is an add-on to TOTSC. In other words, it just adds on to what TOTSC gave you. From what i know Black Isle DID NOT make it. And it does have lots of errors, the Elven Mail alone has a lot of spelling mistakes in it. But i guess since they didnt have anything for us Elves and Half-Elven folk to wear TeamBG decided to give us a lil' summin' summin'!
I forgot the URL to DSOTSC but uh, ill look for it!
