From what I have been told no-CD patches for starforce games are an absolute pain to use. Things like disconnecting CD drives, or running three or four different programs before starting the game seem to be common. [/QUOTE]From what I think I know of it, disconnecting your drive is part of the generic way to beat starforce, and is not part of a crack. At some point individual games get hacked and the starforce get removed from the main executable, but it take time.
