Got satisfying answers --and have no further comments-- for 1, 2 and 6.

Got into a walkthrough that agreed with what you told me: that 3 and 4 are Redoran quests. I am leaning towards joining Redoran, so will leave these alone for now.

For 5: So these darts are hiding in plain sight? Ughh! I turned those guards' quarters upside down; but this time I will open my eyes...

For 7: I thought I had exhaustively quizzed everyone in all the main and antechambers of the shrine. But I will try again.

8.) How often does the shrine Daedra spawn? I could use the hearts in my potions...
