Pretty much everything my character is wearing is enchanted with constant effect upgrades. Lets see, the Cuirass of Saviours Hide, the Boots of the apostle, and the two rings i'm wearing already had enchantments on them, so there wasn't much i could do. My amulet is the Necromancers amulet, which was also already enchanted. And then there's my pants, shirt, belt, daedric greaves, Both Daedric Pauldrons, robe, katana, parrying katana, and Daedric longbow, all are enchanted with fortify strength constant effect, which currently gives my character a strength of 194. It took some time to get there, but the result is very satisfying.
