Ok, I see what you are saying now at least. And I don't intend to argue blindly like a fanboi or anything since you have followed Blizzard from the start and I have not. I respect your experiences with them.

All I can say is as far as my MMO experiences they actually implemented the current 'trends' right. Did they do anything that hasn't already been done? No, not really. But I guess I am simply thankful that they did what others have tried to do (MMO-wise) correctly. Such is the way of the MMO world atm, games half-finished and promised content not coming that you are tahnkful when someone throws you the bone you should have already had from the start.

I agree that someone now needs to raise the bar further. Big time. It just seems there's alot of unwarranted pressure on Blizzard to do this. I feel they have done alot already is all. Bethesda are great, yes but I'd point out that they too don't compete in the same marketing area as WoW does. But I do understand being frustrated at a company especially when you follow them through and buy their products from day one; I feel that way about Bioware, lol.
