When I wear the Mentor's Ring, which is supposed to fortify Intelligence and Willpower by 10pts, I find that my Intelligence is drained 10pts and then fortified, so essentially staying the same. Then, of course, if I take the ring off my Intelligence is drained.
Is this a known bug, or what? I'm patched up to 1.6.something, whichever version came with Bloodmoon.
