They look like a batch that has been floating around from site to site. There were these awfull pics showing a lady and an orc in the background, some docks, an argonian, and others. They really didn't do the game justice and looked like something from the pre-morrowind era.
But regardless, most of the screenshots surfing around online are illegal copies and get taken down quickly. Bethesda has been strict about keeping screenshots safeguarded.
