Go to Plaza Brindisi Dorom, there's a statue there that has crumbled. Enter the staircase going down. explore the places there. Make your way to Skybreak Gallery.
Note : you'll need to find a few satchel there to destroy several walls.
Super Important : Don't kill any named creatures there!!
