Well, if you join the Imperial Legion watch out for this. Spoilers but useful tip.
There is a quest where an Imperial murderer is hiding in Vivec. You have to bring him back to ebonhart so he can receive a fair trial. When you rescue him, and walking him out of the Arena Canton, don't talk to any ordinators in Vivec at all. Otherwise, they attack you. Well i did it by accident and when they dropped an ebony mace (i use maces), I was like "cool" and I picked it up and saved. Little did I know it doomed me forever.
So I go back to Ebonhart and finished the quest. Sometime later, I go back to Vivec and now every Ordinator is after me. Every single one in the game. And I can't end it no matter what, because it is because I helped that prisoner escape and there is no bounty on my head. So I played the whole game with Ordinators attacking me on sight. Trust me, even though you can kill them, it gets annoying when everytime you go to Vivec either for storyline or for fun, you get raped by ordinators.
So, the moral of the story is do not talk to any ordinators in that quest.
