How did you get that sword ? Stole it somewhere ?

Btw, dunno if it's you're style of playing, but i never ever bought any weapon or piece of armour in the game. I steal everything. It's so easy once your security skills are high enough. I stole every little piece of equipment right from under that guy's nose, while he was watching at me too. What i don't need, i sell to the Creeper in Caldera, what i want for myself, i equip right there in front of him.

Edit: now that i think of it... it's illegal to have raw ebony in your possession, maybe the same goes for ebony weapons ? But i find that a little hard to believe, since there are quite a few characters running around wearing ebony stuff.
