The Dwemer have been dead for 1000 years and the only thing left of them is their dungeons and their artifacts so, what are you talking about?
Are you trying to put the souls from Daedra lords you have captured in soul gems as enchantments on a sword? If this is what your talking about then open the small booklet that came with the game and go to page 39 and read and follow the instructions on Enchanting items or, go find a mage at the Mage Guild and find the enchanter and pay them to do it for you!
