dren is at drens plantation, just northwest of vivec (i think, i know its close to vivec). you have to kill him and then go and talk to the duke dren in ebonhart who will admit that his cousin was a bad dude and will name you master of hlaalu (assuming the bug is still there). you can then go to the office where you got your first land deed and steel a second one, then go to the hlaalu headquarters in balmora and pay to have a second stronghold built... two houses, you're in the real estate buisiness.
